Because our services are delivered digitally and activated immediately after purchase, refund eligibility is limited and governed by this policy.

2. Subscription Charges
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected during checkout.
Once a subscription is activated, the associated features and services become immediately available to the user.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate charges caused by a system or billing error
Unauthorized transactions confirmed after review
Technical issues that permanently prevent access to paid features and cannot be resolved
All refund requests are evaluated individually.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase
Partial use of a subscription period
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
Inactivity or lack of usage
Optional add-ons or promotional offers already activated

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current subscription term.

All payments and refunds are securely processed by Paddle, our official payment provider.
JUVALIX PRO does not store or process payment card information directly.
Any approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method according to Paddle’s processing timelines.
